Brief Introduction of Dredging Pump:

Series of dredging pump, which is desined and researched by our company–Tech-Macro is one new type dredging pump, making full use of advanced CAD software, aiming to China’ s river, lake and sea situation, they haven’t been repaired for many years and now they are in great need to dredge and fill hyddraulically.

KWN series dredge pump is single stage, single suction,cantileverand horizontal centrifugal pump researched and designed by our company–Tech-macro.

This dredge pump was designed by making full use of advanced CAD software, and to satisfy the application requirements in building, dredging, digging mud and hydraulic fillfor river, lake, harborand sea. WN dredge pump can meet dredging ship’s requirements completely and bring remarkable social and economic benefits.

The Features of Series of KWN Dredging Pump

1. The whole construction is suitable for dredging ship

The whole construction of 200WN-500WN Dreding pump is single pump casing, single stage, single suction, and cantilever horizontal structure. It can be divided into two types according to the different gearbox liking way: Self-bracket type and pump casing and gearbox integrated into one type. This first type is lubricated by grease or diluted lubricant.

The whole construction of 600WN-1000WN Dredging pump is designed into double suction single-stage, single suction cantilever Horizontal structure with bracket which is lubricated by forced diluted lubricant. The safety and reliability of double pump casing make the liner used up until it is nearly broken. Even if the liner broken, water can’t flow into pump casing.

2. Easy disassembly and Installation, convenient maintenance

KWN Dredging pump is adopted front disassembly structure if favor of disassembly and maintenance. Also it is equipped with special disassembly tools for each different part according to each part’s characters.

The standard trapezoidal quadruple thread is adopted to connect the impeller and shaft which not only transmits strong torque but also is easy to disassemble. Meanwhile there is a disaseembly impeller ring in the shaft sleeve in favor of disassembling impeller.

3. Dredging performance is excellent.

WN Dredging pump has good NPSH which ensures the strong suction ability as well as deeper dredge depth and denser dredged mud.

4. Strong through-put capacity, wide application

The wide running passage of impeller of WN Dredging pump and the dredging pump’s strong passing capability make sure of the good performance of dredger. While it can deliver the particles or high plastic so I lump persistently and clogging won’t happen.

5. The curve of performance Decreases sharply

The capability and head curve of WN Dredging pump decrease sharply, which makes dredging pump, is easier to adjust to the change of the distance of piping water.
